This is a new position in our wholesale department as we look for further growth.

Day to Day Job

  • Develop new business opportunities through research and building strong relationships.

  • Proactively source new wholesale customers and understand the customers requirements to maximise opportunities.

  • Be aware of competition and market activity.

  • Define and execute customer sourcing campaigns.

  • Work with our purchasing department to meet the customers needs and increase sales.

  • Monthly reporting on performance of new and key accounts.

  • Be commercially aware to ensure stock requirements are tactically managed where necessary across all sales channels.

Desired Skills

You will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Proven success in new business, account growth and customer retention.

  • Experience in Sales, ideally B2B within a retail environment (Preferred experience within the Homeware/kitchenware sector).

  • Comfortable to make decisions and lead a team.

  • A high level of negotiation skills.

  • A high level of organisational skills.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Highly motivated and results driven.
