Due to a huge increase in growth, we are looking to hire a Recruitment & L&D Coordinator to join the HR team. The successful candidate will report to the Head of HR and will be responsible for the timely and effective recruitment of business critical roles in line with our recruitment massive plans. They will also take a very proactive role in the successful implementation, delivery and continuing function of Xbite’s new L&D programme. In line with our HR aims and values, you will demonstrate a first class recruitment experience from advert to on-boarding and help nurture this talent as well as existing employees.

Day to Day Job

  • Contribute to a first class, candidate experience and demonstrate our company values

  • Work with hiring managers to effectively and efficiently help fill their vacancies

  • Create and maintain existing job adverts that accurately capture the company ethos and demonstrate its values on the Xbite website and its recruitment platforms

  • Utilise social media to attract the best local talent, promoting Xbite and improving brand awareness

  • Reviewing CV’s and passing on relevant applicants on to hiring managers

  • Arranging interviews and delivering feedback to candidates

  • Manage the company careers page and inbox

  • Liaise with our recruitment 3rd parties and track their performance

  • Keep the L&D calendar up to date and on track

  • Liaise with training providers and employees for specific training needs

  • Coordinate training and keep employee files up to date

Desired Skills

  • Experience of a internal or agency background would be advantageous

  • Experienced in using Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Microsoft applications including Word and Excel

  • Ability to prioritise workloads effectively and work to deadlines

  • Enthusiastic, hardworking and creative

  • Positive and friendly, with the ability to work well equally as part of team or independently

  • The proven ability to organise, plan and prioritise a changing workload

  • Ambitious and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
