Xbite started 16 years ago and now with a team of over 200 people across head office in Barlborough and distribution centre in Markham Vale. 2021 brings some new challenges and projects for us and what started small, has now turned into a multi channelled international e-comms business. In order for us to continue to grow, we need a broader range of skill and expertise within PPC and SEO which is why we are investing in recruiting an experienced PPC Manager as well as the broader Sales and Marketing team over the next few months.

Not forgetting SEO -
PPC is a critical factor of SEO and we have over 50 websites across multiple geographical regions. This role will also be the go to focal point for SEO related challenges, issues and queries and the rest of the team will support in the rollout of activity and optimisation. An advanced level of understanding of SEO is required, both front and technical back end.
This role will take ultimate responsibility for all the SEO spend and the perfect candidate will coach and develop the junior members of the advertising team with the future prospect of stepping up into managing the team completely.

Responsible for growing our advertising spend and working towards target and/or minimum ROIs
Responsible for the creation, distribution and presentation of MI level reports to key stakeholders across the business
Go to team member for advanced SEO queries - SEMRush lead
Sales forecasting and future planning of campaign activity
Keep your finger on the pulse with regards to new and trending PPC and SEO techniques and software - implementing and trialling everything that we think could be of interest
Motivate, lead and support the advertising team
Work with the rest of our Digital Marketing team to support marketing activity and sales channel growth targets
Minimum 3 years in a Senior PPC role either using Google Shopping OR Amazon PPC
Proven track record of advanced understanding of SEO in eCommerce
Highly organised and capable of managing hundreds of ad campaigns
Genuinely interested in optimisation and bettering your PBs
Commercially focused with a good understanding of P&L
Highly motivated and results driven
A high level of problem solving skills
Proven development of long term account strategy
Strong team management and leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ideally worked in or understands eCommerce (although not essential)
