We need help. The company is growing and we are struggling to keep in touch with the details. These elements were easy to keep track of with a small work family but we now need this new role to support the Office Manager and Managing Director to get things done.
This is a rare opportunity to work closely with the top tier of a company in such a varied role. You will be taking ownership of our bespoke task and performance management system. You will be an advocate of the system, review people’s tasks, review 1:1 appraisals and bring it all together to provide insights and recommendations. You will also provide administrative support to the Office Manager and Managing Director.
This is an exciting role being in touch with many areas of our business and working at a high level with senior leaders. We are a very IT literate business but this role also requires delicate people skills and composure. You will learn a ton of things and for the right person that likes to be challenged and who can cope with high momentum, it’s a very rewarding role and an exciting time to join the company.
